Located right on the Oceanfront in Kill Devil Hills, this 3 bedroom condo offers views, views, views! Everything is on one level so no steps to climb! This is a comfortable retreat with 4 TVs, 2 VCRs and 2 DVDs, 2 stereos, a whirlpool tub in the king master bedroom and covered parking under the building. There is a community pool and covered parking. A wood burning fireplace is available during the off season weeks.

Relax and enjoy...you are on vacation. We will make the beds and have fresh towels waiting for you at check in. Beds: 1 king bed (with private bath) and 2 queens.

This oceanfront condo has a no smoking policy and pets are not permitted. It is a first floor condo located on the far left side of the building.

All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day (Sunday).
